This High-Level Conference will deepen the debate on prominent topics related to Civilian CSDP and CSDP as a whole, including the secondment of experts to Civilian CSDP Missions, the strengthening of CSDP and JHA coordination, and the reinforcement of civilian-military synergies. The overarching purpose is to fully embed Civilian CSDP within the discussions related to the Strategic Compass of EU.
