​A Workshop took place in Lisbon, in preparation of the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union, as a follow-up of the work started at an informal seminar held in April 2019 in Berlin. The initiative was attended by representatives of the Presidency Trio (Germany-Portugal-Slovenia) and Croatia. 

The Workshop took place in three parallel sessions, dedicated to police cooperation, migration, border management and Schengen, as well as civil protection, aiming at aligning the priorities to be included in the Trio Program.​
