Today, 28 January, Eduardo Cabrita, Minister for Home Affairs, chaired by videoconference from Lisbon, the informal meeting of European Union Home Affairs Ministers, focusing on the debate on the New Pact on Migration and Asylum.
Ministers also had the opportunity to address the guarantees for the functioning of the Schengen area in the current pandemic context and the strengthening of EUROPOL's mandate.
