The second meeting of the Working Party on Integration, Migration and Expulsion (IMEX) took place on 24 February, the main topic being to examine the level of cooperation with third countries on readmission.
It resulted from this analysis that the cooperation between the European Union and third countries has yet to be improved, and it is necessary to agree on the next steps to be taken, either in a more positive approach, or in a more restrictive approach and depending on the cooperation of each of the countries under analysis.
